Your membership contribution helps fill the gap between ticket revenue and the costs of presenting fine artists throughout the year, both in concert and school residency programs.  Besides the satisfaction of adding to the quality of Gold Canyon life, it also brings you some important benefits to enhance your personal enjoyment of the fine arts.  These include:

Concert Night Receptions: These after concert socials, restricted to members, offer the opportunity to meet and interact with the performer on a more personal and intimate note.

Ticket Exchange: A Canyon Sounds ticket is always good for Council members. If, for any reason, you cannot make a performance for which you purchased an advance ticket, simply bring the unused ticket to Canyon Rose Storage or to the box office on a concert night and exchange it for the concert of your choice.

Ticket Contribution Privilege: If, for any reason, you cannot make a performance for which you purchased an advance ticket, you may “contribute” the ticket to the Arts Council for use in promoting Council activities in local schools and colleges. The Council will furnish you with a tax deductible receipt for the original cost of the ticket.

Guest Passes: If you elect to become a member at the Prickly Pear level or above, the Council will furnish two concert Guest Passes for a concert of your choice.  Use them to treat friends and family and spread the enjoyment of Canyon Sounds.
